Stampamemory Challenge 23 - Buttons!

This months challenge over at Stampamemory is to create a layout using buttons as your main embellishments. I thought this would be fun to try!
I had some lovely photos from Mothers Day this year when the kids and I surprised my mum and dad with a visit to their farm on Mothers Day. We had a lovely day catching up with them.

Below is my entry for the challenge.

I have used the gorgeous lap of Luxury DSP from SU. Isn't it pretty (and it is all of my mums favourite colours!) Also used from SU - Very Vanilla CS, Basic Gray & Concord Crush ink, Basic Pearls, Vintage Lace from the last Mini, Designer Buttons, Occasional Greetings stamp set for the title and of course the fabulous Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die.

A huge thank you to the girls at Stampamemory for inspiring me to get out some craft... it has been way to long (mwah to all of you!) I hope you like my page xxx

Stamp-a-memory Challenge #20

Hi everyone... long time no see!! It has taken me a long time to get the mojo back after the Christmas break - sorry.
I actually scrapped this page yesterday and this morning I was blog hopping and discovered I had filled the requirements for this months challenge at Stamp-a-memory! The challenge was to scrap lift something from the 2010-2011 IB&C.
I loved this layout on page 25 from the minute I got the catalogue and just had to have the stamp set and the matching punch and finally I have done the page.
(it must be a good one as the gorgeous Nikki has done the same page!)

As it says in the journaling - my family are all crazy when it comes to taking a good photo - must be because there are so many of us!! I hope you like my page - thanks for stopping by xxx
