Here are the two birthday cards for our up coming class. I hope you like them...
The first one is for the girls of course (by the colours, you wouldnt like your son to get it!)
I have used Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery and Whisper White cardstock, Spring Fling DSP, Whisper White ribbon and Eyelet and Dazzling Diamonds! I have used two circle punches, the scallop circle and word window punch too. Only one very small stamp set is used on this card - Short & Sweet! Only $29.95 and it covers birthdays, christmas, babys, friendship and more!
On this card for the boys, I have used Pumpkin Pie and Whipser White cardstock, Bali Breeze and Pumpkin Pie DSP, Taken with Teal ink, Pumpkin Pie ribbon and the White Gel Pen! My son (Mitchell 10yrs old) thought this card was 'Cool' so I will take that as a good sign for the boys liking it!
So, if you like what you see, contact me ASAP to book your seat for this class!

A Happy Heart!
It is time to get back into the swing of making cards again... So I was looking through my stash of stamp sets and decided to have a play with 'A Happy Heart' from the Summer Mini Catalogue.
Seeing that Valentines Day is fast approaching, thought it appropriate to make a card for the hubby! I have used Rose Red, Chocolate Chip & Whisper White card stock. Rose Red DSP. Rose Red, Chocolate Chip and Brocade Blue ink and markers. Chocolate Chip double stitched ribbon and Silver Hodgepodge. What do you think? (got my inspiration from another demonstrators blog - so can't claim the creation for my own unfortunately)
On this card which can be used as a birthday card or just for cheering up a friend, I have used Pretty in Pink, Whisper White and Certainly Celery card stock. Spring Fling DSP. Basic Grey and Pretty in Pink ink. Dazling Diamonds to bling it a bit, two Whisper White Eyelets and Certainly Celery ribbon. A very soft creation, which is a bit out of my comfort zone, but not a bad effort I think...

Scrappin' Fun!
Well I thought I'd better put some photos on here to show I have not been slacking off and not doing anything... (most of the time anyway!) I have found it hard to get motivated with the kids on holidays. Everytime I get something out, one of them decides it would be fun to make a card or do some Scrapping with mum... so I end up helping them instead of doing my thing! At least I am keeping them entertained!!
I have done a page of my son Mitchell (10yrs old) from his first proffesional photo - he was about two yrs old in this photo. Its a very simple page using the flourish out the Baroque Motifs set and a rub-on from the Cherish set. The background paper is not from SU (sorry) nor is the ribbon... but the ink is Chocolate Chip and the tag is Certainly Celery.
The secound page is of my daughter Molly (8yrs old). This photo was taken at my parents farm back in 2003 at Christmas time - she was three years old. So cute!
I have used the Crew Kids Girls Scrappin' Kit, Schoolbook Serif and the Jumbo Outline sets with Basic Grey and Regal Rose inks. Blinged up with Chunky Sprinkles and Silver Hodgepodge from the Summer Mini Catalogue. These Scrappin' Kits are fun to use if you get stuck for embelishment ideas...
Well, I hope you like these pages - I had fun doing them!
